Structural Evolution of a Procurement Command: A Longitudinal Study of Structural Differentiation.

Abstract

Eight years in the evolution of a procurement command were studied to determine the effect of organization size on structural differentiation across time. The Moore and Haga percentile role differentiation indicator was examined for its utility in measuring structural differentiation.
