A Comparison of the Effects of Individual and Team Performance Feedback upon Subsequent Performance.

The study sought to determine the effects of performance feedback presented to subjects acting singly or as members of a team. The experimental questions addressed were whether being identified as a team member enhances performance and whether individual performance in groups is affected by variation in the amount and specificity of the feedback provided.
