Factors Influencing Trainability in the Marine Corps

In this paper job performance is measured in terms of trainability, in contrast to the earlier paper where job performance was measured in terms of attrition. These findings have important implications for the procurement of enlisted personnel, and their assignment to military occupations after passing initial boot camp training.
