Investigation of Continuous Photoconductive Layer Arrays.

Abstract

This report compares sintered cadmium sulfide with dye-sensitized zinc oxide in photoconductive layers in 10-wire linear arrays. Array fabrication methods and experimental arrangements are described. Data were obtained on the effect of circuit load resistance, bias voltage, and optical and electronic switching. The uniformity of array response and crosstalk are also described for these continuous layer arrays.
