Analysis of a Workload Control Documentation.
Abstract
A study of the Master Data Record system used at the Naval Air Rework Facility, North Island, California, was undertaken. Several visits were made to the facility and personnel were interviewed. An operational knowledge of the Master Data Record file mainteneance procedure was gained and several problem areas were explored. A proposed On-Line Master Data Record Project being pursued at the facility was studied and critiqued. Several alternative solutions to the problems existing in the present file maintenance system and recommendations for further study were made.
