Abstract

The handbook has been compiled by the instructors of the USAF Test Pilot School for use in the Stability and Control portion of the school's course. The flight test techniques and data reduction methods in Volume 2 have been developed at the Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force Base, California.
