Abstract
This report covers studies of the global morphology of ionization in the altitude region 500 to 10,000 km in the low, middle, and polar latitude regions and studies of electric field in the high latitude region to investigate the physical processes operating during quiescent magnetic conditions and during geophysically disturbed periods.
