Simulation and Analysis of the Service Section of the Procurement and Production Directorate.

Abstract

The study was part of a larger investigation into the ALT (Administrative Lead Time) for the Service Section of Procurement and Production P and P) Directorate (WECOM). The purpose of the analysis is to examine the possibility of reducing processing time in terms of methods and personnel resources. The methodology is applicable to the ARMCOM P and P Service Section.
