Biochemical Indices of Stress.

Abstract

The study was undertaken to investigate biochemical changes in rats and humans subjected to hyperbaric exposure and decompression. Efforts were made to determine biochemical markers as indicators of hyperbaric stress that might be useful in understanding the effects of high pressure on rats and human physiology to hopefully aid in anticipating physiological changes and develop appropriate diagnostic tests.
