Production Engineering Measure for Hybrid Integrated Circuits for Fuze Applications. Volume 1.

Abstract

The initial review of the Integrated Arming and Firing Circuits indicated a need for revision to the Specifications, in regard to the plastic packaging. Thick film processing was selected as the method to produce the devices. A computerized testing system was designed to perform the electrical testing on the devices. Packaging problems occurred during the final lot of Engineering Samples and a variety of solutions were tried to correct this. All of the problems were either solved and/or the Specifications were modified to correct them.
