Photochemistry of Alkenes.

Abstract

The present work very briefly covers research aimed at elucidating the chemical properties of the three low-lying singlet excited states of alkenes: The singlet(pi,pi*) state; the pi,R(3s) state, and the singlet(pi,sigma*) state.
