Studies of Electron States in Structurally Disorder Materials.

Abstract

Electron transport in dense vapor of helium was studied and the research briefly discussed. The results follow general expectations of the behavior of electrons in a disordered medium, i.e. tail states and localization were observed. The theoretical studies were extended to include tetrahedrally bonded amorphous semiconductors.
