Abstract
This report provides a narrative and details to supplement the 200 Series PRediction and Optimization of Failure Rates (PROF 200) computer program user's manual. PROF 200 was designed to be used by engineers for predicting failure rate and reliability of systems according to the methods of MIL-HDBK-217 and others. The program version described herein is as of 31 May 74.
