Technical Services Program.

Abstract

The program, performed by Westinghouse for the U. S. Army Night Vision Laboratories, covered a period from April, 1973, through September, 1974. The effort consisted of two distinct phases. The first phase was a generalized advisory effort to aid the Night Vision Laboratories in understanding, and conducting a program to evaluate image tubes for non-standard television parameters to an AF/ESD specification. The second phase was to provide more direct support in the final operation, calibration, and use of the Night Vision Laboratories test facility to perform the image tube evaluation based on the specialized requirements of the Electronics Systems Division (ESD), and the Space and Missiles Systems Organization (SAMSO) of the U. S. Air Force.
