Facility Simulation Model for Advanced BMD Systems: Operation and Maintenance Program (OANDM).
Abstract
The Operation and Maintenance Program (Program OANDM) estimates the annual operation and maintenance cost of hardened facilities, such as Defense Unit, Tactical Operation Center, and Missile Field, for both initial and subsequent years. The cost is calculated on the total facility basis rather than on an individual item of equipment basis. Techniques used for developing the cost estimating relationships, a description of the computer program, instructions for using the computer program, and an example problem are presented. This program is to replace the original Program OANDM.
