Abstract

The Navy Weapon System Life-Cycle Cost Model is a generalized user-oriented cost model that calculates and displays system costs in accordance with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) or similar hierarchal cost level scheme. It is applicable to any development program in which costs must be monitored and recalculated for frequent changes in cost-related parameters. The model is intended for use by a cost analyst.
