Presents an evaluation of the management and organizational aspects of the American Forces Radio and Television Service, Los Angeles and provides a data automation feasibility study in order to improve efficiency of operations, simplify production processes and organization structure, and identify candidate areas for automation and information processes. It provides major conclusions and recommendations as well as observations having implications for immediate action and longer range implications.
