Geodetic Survey Guidelines.
Abstract
A hypothetical triangulation and traverse network was set up for the purpose of illustrating various geodetic problems. A geodetic diagram of the sample network is shown. The suggested diagram annotation makes it possible to tell at a glance just what happened geodetically on the project. The listing of standard errors and residuals provides useful insight into the quality of the survey results and the observational quality.
