Manpower Requirements Report for Fiscal Year 1976

Abstract

The report recommends the annual active duty end strength level for each component of the armed forces for the next fiscal year and the annual civilian personnel end strength level for each component of the Department of Defense for the next fiscal year and includes justification for the strength levels recommended.
