Some Problems of Student Motivation in an Army Technical Training School.

Abstract

A self-administered questionnaire was developed and given to about 500 male students in the Enlisted Department of The Signal School, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Based on the results of the survey, the students of the School are discussed in regard to their qualifications, attitudes toward the school, dissatisfactions, and motivational sources.
