Production Engineering Measure for High Current, Fast-Switching Transistors.
Abstract
The initial design considerations that led to the choice of a multiple epitaxial fabrication process and a hard-solder construction technique are discussed. The pilot capability was demonstrated by the fabrication of 163 transistors during the calendar month of April 1975. The electrical parameters of the 120 transistors that were shipped and details of the Lot Acceptance Testing are presented in the Lot Acceptance Test Report.
