Ship Controlman Rating for U.S. Navy Ships.

Abstract

The report is a description and concept evaluation of the desirability of instituting a Ship Controlman rating on U.S. Navy Ships. Two Atlantic ships participated in the study. Analysis of at-sea data and observation demonstrate that Ship Control as a rating should not be instituted by the Navy.
