Reflectivity of Interdigitally and Face-to-Face Poled Surface Acoustic Waves Transducers.

Abstract

Methods of measuring and modulating the reflectivity interdigital transducers are investigated through a DC field applied to the transducer, varying the electrical termination of the transducer, and removing the aluminum pattern on the substrate.
