Operator's Manual for the Compact X-Ray Analyzer.

Abstract

A low cost, compact wavelength dispersion x-ray fluorescence analyzer has been built by the Naval Research Laboratory for the Environmental Protection Agency. This report documents the recommended method of operation of this instrument and includes diagrams of the special components fabricated for it. (Author)
