Abstract

The information contained in this volume pertains to each of the individual installations. The information includes population breakdown by pay-grade by duty assignment (afloat and ashore), operating income, expense, and capital expense information in tabular form, rankings of cost-effectiveness ratios, and a summary table of the increase in annual retention costs resulting from closing each of the recreation categories at each base.
