A Brief Survey of Potential Decision Aids for the Task Force Commander and his Staff.

Abstract

A list of 36 concepts of potential decision aids for a task force commander (CTF) and his staff are discussed. They are evaluated against 32 types of decisions made by a CTF and his staff. The results of that evaluation and a qualitative analysis are combined to recommend an ordering of the potential decision aids for inclusion into the development effort by the ONR Operational Decision Aids Project.
