Least Preferred Coworker Scales: Research and Development.
Abstract
The meaning of Least Preferred Coworker Scores (in various forms) is explored in terms of relationships among LPC data drawn from various samples and scores for variables. Factor analyses of the Fiedler Instrument and the author's developmental 32 scale instrument are presented. Also, mean and retest reliability data for individual scales are presented.
