Alteration of Temperature Coefficients in Mass-Loaded Crystal Vibrators.

Abstract

Effects of mass-loading and harmonic on the resonance and antiresonance temperature behavior of a piezoelectric plate vibrator are described, in the one dimensional approximation, for thickness- and lateral-field excitation. Applications to rotated-Y-cut quartz cuts are given.
