Vapor Growth of Pb(1-x)Sn(x)Te and Pb(1-x)Sn(x)Se Crystals.

Abstract

Bulk crystals of Pb(1-x)Sn(x)Te and Pb(1-x)Sn(x)Se were grown by a simple closed tube vapor transport technique. They were both of high crystalline quality and high electrical mobility.
