An Analysis of the Resident Integrated Logistics Support Agency Concept

Abstract

A recent innovation in the weapon system acquisition process is the utilization of a Resident Integrated Logistics Support Agency (RILSA). To provide information to future logistics managers, this thesis analyzes current regulations, use of the RILSA on contemporary acquisition programs, and the results of interviews concerning the perceived usefulness of the RILSA.
