A Study of Replacement Policy for Commercial Pattern Vehicles.
Abstract
Different ways of replacing commercial pattern low cost vehicles are compared on economical criteria. This includes comparison of existing policies such as DND policy and Treasury Board Guidelines. Data sources, method, and results are presented.
