Development of a LASDEC System Model.

Abstract

The effect of pulsed laser excitation on selected dye systems was studied to determine the optimum pulse parameters for enhancement of fluorescence yield. Luminescence decay under continuous laser illumination was also studied by rapid scan spectrophotometry.
