Catalytic Purification of Gaseous Factory Effluents to Protect the Environment,

Abstract

The Hungarian Research Institute for Petroleum and Natural Gas has investigated air pollution control by catalytic oxidation. They have developed an oxide catalyst which can be manufactured from domestic raw materials. A pilot plant was built to study hydrocarbon pollution control by this method.
