Electronic Transport Near the Surface of InSb Films.

Abstract

Surface layer carrier concentrations and mobilities of n-type InSb films were separated from those of the bulk of the film through the magnetic field dependence of the Hall coefficient coupled with conventional galvanomagnetic measurements. The surface density is found to decrease when the free surface is anodized.
