Laboratory Measurements of Complex Negative Ions and Water Cluster Ions.

Abstract

The flowing afterglow and new flow-drift tube laboratory techniques have been improved and extended to measure certain selected negative ion and water-cluster-ion reaction rates of importance in the normal and disturbed ionosphere. (Author)
