Environmental Compatibility of Reinforced Plastics.
Abstract
A study was made of the effects of fabrication variables on environmental degradation of fiberglass laminates. Glass temperature, resin temperature, cure temperature, and cure times were evaluated. Evaluations were at five test temperatures and after six environmental exposure times. The four variables studied had only minor effects on laminate degradation.
