Abstract
Volume 2, Supporting Technical Information, contains many original technical papers and a bibliography of computer software reliability literature that annotates over 200 selected documents. Detailed descriptions of the basic issues involved in acquiring embedded computer system software, together with proposed solutions to the major problems are discussed. Taken together, the two volumes prlvide a comprehensive up-to-date baseline document of most known problems, issues and proposed solutions pertaining to the development and acquisition of embedded computer systems.
