PERA (CV) Project Risk Management,

Abstract

This report describes the application of TRANSIM IV, a probabilistic network analysis technique, to planning, scheduling and allocation of PERA (Planning and Engineering for Repair and Alterations) (CV) resources in connection with aircraft carrier overhaul and repair. The PERA (CV) application project was a joint undertaking between the UCLA Project TRANSIM staff and the PERA (CV) staff.
