Performance Criteria Scales for Marine Mammal Trainers,

Abstract

Selecting and assigning personnel who are to train, operate, and handle marine mammals requires the development of criterion scales by which reliable and valid measures of job performance can be obtained. The purpose of this study was the development of criterion instruments which would fulfill that need.
