The Road to Being a Soviet Pilot,

Abstract

The career of military pilot in the Soviet Union is quite highly esteemed. This is clearly shown in the conversations which were held between Finns and USSR neighbors to the East during an August visit and to which a Finnish reporter was a party. The road to a flying career in the Soviet Union is described as somewhat different from the Finnish program.
