Case Studies in the Value of Decision Analysis.

Abstract

This paper explores the problem of making operational an appropriate instrument for measuring the value of a proposed decision analysis exercise. Three completed decision analysis exercises are subjected to an 'after-the-fact' valuation in an attempt to gain a hindsight value for the analysis, with a view to facilitating 'before-the-fact' valuation of analagous decision analysis exercises.
