An Aircraft Instrument Marking Concept to Improve Legibility under Low Illumination.
Abstract
This report examines the scale range and resolution of current instrumentation to determine if some of the graduations could be eliminated and thereby reduce the amount of reflective area on the instrument panel. The recommendations by which graduations can be eliminated are presented in figures which show before and after configurations. (Author)
