Military Standard 1515 Development Plan.
Abstract
This report presents a plan for the development of MIL-STD-1515. It considers the present organization and operation and proposes new procedures and guidelines. Goals and objectives are considered and document content, format, and organizational changes are recommended. Organization and operations guidelines for the Aeromechanical Fastener Requirement Group are developed and include definitions in the areas of function, membership, organization, operation, publication, implementation, uniform terminology structure, duties and responsibilities, meetings, requirement preparation and review. Other areas of coverage include progress and master schedules, liaison and combination, secretariat functions, financial impact, and implementation and control.
