Small-Angle Scattering at Julich, West Germany,

Abstract

Small-angle neutron scattering has essentially become a 'European Science,' with no comparable facilities being available to the American scientific community. The small-angle neutron group at KFA, Julich, West Germany, is involved in research programs in the fields of solid state physics, metallurgy and materials science, and biophysics. This report reviews the activities of this substantial resource and some particularly notable experiments. (Author)
