ROS User Manual.

Abstract

This report describes the characteristics of an operating system developed to control an experimental array radar. The operating system primitives reside in a NUCLEUS level, with I/O and other services residing in a supervisor level. A description of the services is provided with example applications, support software, cold start procedures, and other user information. (Author)
