Abstract
In 1972, a Computerized Microbiological Data Collection Program was designed and implemented by the Food Hygiene and Computer Divisions, U.S. Army Medical Research and Nutrition Laboratory, Denver, Colorado. This program was continued when the laboratory was transferred and became the Letterman Army Institute of Research, Presidio of San Francisco, California. The eleven Department of Defense laboratories which participated in the program in 1972 continued to supply test data in 1973. Food microbiological data on 7642 samples tested during the year are reported herein. Selected retrievals of data, arranged in tables or graphs, are presented. (Author)
