Current Density and Space Potential in Plasmas.

Abstract

A model has been developed to assist in the design of a high current hollow cathode arc that will serve as a test bed for developing ion beam probe measurements of plasma current density. The theoretical analysis of plasma current density measurements has been extended to include non-cylindrically symmetric systems. (Author)
