ARMCOM Red Team Role in The Single Integrated Development Test Cycle

Abstract

As part of the new Single Integrated Development Test Cycle Policy, TECOM in coordination with each MSC's Red Team is responsible for evaluation of Development Testing for all systems that AMSAA does not evaluate. This report defines the scope and manpower requirements of the ARMCOM Systems Analysis Directorate in support of the Test Design and Evaluation effort. Twenty-five dedicated professional personnel are required in the Systems Analysis Directorate for the Test Design and Evaluation on a full time basis. These personnel exclude those now serving to fulfill the existing mission requirements of the Directorate.
