Abstract

The report contains the test results of the AN/URC-78 (XE-1)/V lightweight VHF-FM radio communication system for the 30 to 80 MHz frequency range. The overall objective of the compliance test phase of the program was to determine the degree of compliance in meeting the requirement as called out in the Ultra-Reliable Lightweight VHF-FM Radio system specification number EL-SS-0063-001B.
