Type 19 Accounting Records: Data Reduction and Analysis Programs.

Abstract

Type 19 records are generated as a service by operating system (GCOS) for the Honeywell 635 computer. The five programs described within this report organize information from type 19 accounting records into a form suitable to drive and validate a GCOS Time Sharing System (TSS) simulation. NEWREC, DATCOL, DATPLOT, PROFILE, and DUMPER run on an IBM 370/168 under the Michigan Terminal System at the University of Michigan. Use is made of both the software routines and the peripheral plotting hardware available under MTS. NEWREC is written in IBM 370 assembler, and the remaining programs are written in FORTRAN.
